SERBIAN TOURISM AFTER THE WAR
Having worked with Montenegro Government on a Claudia Schiffer/HELLO! magazine campaign, we were asked by National Tourism Organisation of Serbia to assess, evaluate and deliver a strategic comms and PR programme to ‘heal a broken nation’ via tourism. Despite death threats, empty planes and community action, we set to task with reinvention, through targeted press trips, World Travel Market and ‘Top Tier’ B2B and B2C government interviews. Today, the premise of war in Serbia is a distant memory in terms of tourism receipts, averaging $1047m between 2002-2020 (theglobaleconomy.com) and 4m+ arrivals in 2024 (Wikipedia).

THE POWER OF FINANCIAL EDUCATION
Whether you believe ‘money is the root of all evil’ or the pathway to happiness, the concept of blending ‘money’ with ethics seemed unrealistic in the early 00’s. This campaign dedicated the best part of 14 years educating and informing the media, partners and stakeholders to ‘get rich smart’ rather than ‘quick’, dispelling fear and shame around property investment and passive income. What started out as naysaying from the media turned around via IRL case studies (eg The Secret Millionaire), and emotive life-changing stories. Even the most cynical of financial journalists become an ally over time, through trust and evidence-based exclusives.

HUMANE BEING ‘SCRAP FACTORY FARMING’
Having previously advised Hackett & Dabbs lawyers on sensitive campaigns, we were entrusted by their client, Humane Being, to curate and deliver media output to promote the ‘Scrap Factory Farming’ legal case brought against the government of the day. This campaign set to educate vs alarm Joe Public, highlighting the risk to life through factory farming, as well as antibiotic resistance and pandemics. Supporting a large group of experts, to include vets, volunteers, academics and activists was sensitively managed, primarily to dispel general fear and mistrust of the media. Thereafter, a Channel 4 News exclusive was proudly secured and aired.
We have been working with Miranda for some years, helping us to launch and promote our Perform in Property brand and book, The Little Book of Property. Miranda has a big personality, is good fun to be around yet is pretty humble and always delivers, sometimes surprisingly and against the odds.
