After a fast-moving and incredulous working journey that is worthy of a Hollywood film script, Miranda founded miranda leslau pr in memory of her late mother, who died very suddenly in 2000. Since January 2001, miranda leslau pr has supported international individuals, celebrities, brands, governments and charities, across a spectrum of industry sectors. Miranda was also head-hunted by two international universities, Boston University (Boston, MA) and The University of Buckingham, to lecture in PR strategy.
In 2018, by way of a culmination of Miranda’s skills and talents, she launched #nofilter talent, a boutique talent agency with a difference: imagine a private members club that everyone wants to be a part of. #nofilter talent aims to become the ‘stand-out’ B2B and B2C celebrity talent agency, with many well-known names already entrusting their name to Miranda’s exclusive client roster.
Corporate & Social Responsibility
PR maverick Miranda Leslau is committed to making a difference in every aspect of her working, living and loving life, each and every day. Historically, Miranda has been a proud Ambassador to Make-A-Wish® UK, a Trustee for two UK-based charities and has helped many UK and international campaigns focused on ending world hunger, scrapping Factory Farming, remembering the victims of Fishmonger’s Hall, as well as managing media for sensitive legal cases. She is committed to animal welfare, literally supporting the underdog, and is proud to have rehomed three rescue dogs.
Having been advising at board room level aged just 19, Miranda was chosen as one of 60 British volunteer translator/interpreters for Team GB and the IOC, working at The 1992 Olympics in Barcelona. As is the case with ‘life’s big circle’, Miranda has since worked with GB athletes who competed at those very Games.
